KOIOU processes personal data submitted through the project inquiry form on this website.

What we collect

• Name and work email
• Company or brand
• Project brief and selected budget range
• Technical anti-abuse data required by Turnstile

Why we collect it

We use this data to review the inquiry, contact you, discuss the project and protect the form from automated abuse.

Services involved

Inquiry data is delivered through Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets.

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode. Its use is subject to Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Retention

We keep inquiry data only for as long as needed to respond and manage the potential project, then remove it when it is no longer required.

Requests

You may request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry data by contacting KOIOU through the project form.
